Rooms were stylish and spotless, featuring a voguish coffee machine and a massive TV. Great location near the South Bank boardwalk, in walking distance to Crown and Eureka Sky Deck. The free drinks and free tea and coffee at the cafe were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out and an early check-in. Bonus point for the room blinds that made the room pitch dark, ensuring a deep and restful sleep.

The room we were initially assigned had a faulty air conditioner and wet carpet. We had to move to three different rooms before finding one that was satisfactory.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fantastic location and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the little extras like free barista coffee and sparkling water added a special touch.
